About us

A Dubai tax filing company built for businesses that hate surprises.

We prepare and file Corporate Tax and VAT returns for companies across Dubai and the UAE, and keep the bookkeeping behind them in order.

Who we are

We are a Dubai-based tax filing and accounting practice working with businesses across the UAE. We prepare and file Corporate Tax and VAT returns, maintain the bookkeeping behind them, run payroll, and support clients when the Federal Tax Authority gets in touch.

We work with mainland companies and free zone entities in every emirate, from freelancers crossing a registration threshold for the first time to established businesses with multiple entities and an audit to coordinate.

What we believe

Plain language is not dumbing down. A business owner should be able to read a return summary and understand what it says. If an explanation only works in tax vocabulary, it is usually an explanation that has not been finished.

You should know the price before the work. Scope and fee are agreed in writing before anything starts. If the records turn out to contain more work than assumed, we come back with a revised scope before continuing, not with a larger invoice afterwards.

We will tell you when you do not need something. If a registration is not required or a service would not help you, we say so. Selling compliance work that is not needed is a short-term gain and the kind of thing clients discover later.

How we work

Review, prepare, file. We start by confirming what your business is actually required to file, in writing, with the deadlines. Then we get the records into a state where a return can be built from them. Then we submit, and hand back a calendar of what falls due next. The full sequence is set out on how it works.

Most of your involvement is at the beginning. After scope is agreed, the work sits with us until there is something for you to approve.

Who does the work

Engagements are prepared and separately reviewed before anything is submitted. The person who prepares a computation is not the only person who looks at it, because self-review catches less than people think.

Where we prepare your accounting records or your tax computation, we do not also audit that work. Independence matters, and a firm that opines on its own numbers has removed the point of the opinion. We build the audit file and handle queries alongside whichever audit firm you appoint.

Professional standards

  • Scope and fee agreed in writing before work begins
  • Nothing submitted to any authority without your review and approval
  • Adjustments explained, so the position you approve is one you understand
  • Records retained so a filed position can still be supported if queried years later
  • A named point of contact, and questions asked once and clearly rather than in a drip
  • Confidentiality as standard, with the detail set out in our service policies

Handling your documents

Tax work runs on bank statements, invoices, payroll records and licence documents. How that material is requested, transmitted, stored and retained is set out on our data security page, including the things we will never ask you for. No legitimate adviser needs your banking password or a one-time passcode.

Our regulatory position

We provide accounting support, bookkeeping, record preparation, reconciliation, tax computation and document assembly. Formal representation before the Federal Tax Authority as a registered Tax Agent is a regulated activity, restricted to persons and firms registered with the FTA for that purpose.

Where a matter requires registered Tax Agent representation, that element is carried out by or through appropriately registered professionals, and we will tell you clearly when that applies to your situation rather than after you have engaged us. Registered Tax Agents are not employees of the Federal Tax Authority, and no firm should present itself as affiliated with the Authority.

Where we work

Corporate Tax and VAT are federal, so the rules are the same across the UAE. We serve businesses throughout Dubai and the wider Emirates. Free zone specifics vary by authority, which we confirm against your particular licence rather than assuming.

If you want to know what applies to your business before speaking to anyone, the tax status tool gives a preliminary snapshot in about a minute.
