This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It covers the website only. Information you provide once an engagement begins is governed by the engagement terms agreed with you.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, email address, telephone number, service selection and message you provide, together with the date and time of submission. We do not ask for financial account details, passwords or identity documents through this website.
The calculators and the tax status tool on this site run entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not transmitted to us and are not stored anywhere.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to establish what filings your business may require, and to provide a scope and quote. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing and we do not sell or rent personal information.
Who has access
Enquiries are sent by email to our own address and are accessible to the people handling client enquiries. The website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, and email is delivered through our email provider. Those providers process data on our behalf as part of delivering their service.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are retained only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any follow-up. Where an engagement begins, records are retained in line with the retention periods that apply to accounting and tax records in the UAE, which are longer.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete enquiry correspondence, subject to any retention obligation that applies to engagement records. Contact us using the details on the contact page.
